Here is how you make Harvest Stew With Pork:

Heat olive oil in dutch oven and brown pork cubes (season with salt, pepper, thyme and a dash cinnamon). Add onions(large dice), peeled and cubed sweet potatoes and apple cubes. Stir and cook for about 5 minutes. Stir in one tbsp. apple butter, add 1 can of white beans and 1 cup beef broth. Steam delicata squash, cool/peel and cube and add to pot.
