4 - russet potatoes, cubed skin on
1 - small can mushrooms
1 - medium onion, chopped
3 - cloves garlic, chopped fine
8 oz - baby carrots
1.5 - pounds country style pork ribs
4 - fl oz Red Wine
1 3/4 cup Fat free chicken broth
Salt and pepper to taste

How Do I Make Pork Rib Stew?

Here is how you make Pork Rib Stew:

Wash the potatoes and cut into 1" cubes. Chop up the onion and garlic. Season the ribs to personal preference. Put the ribs in the bottom of the Crock pot, add the potatoes, onions, garlic, carrots and mushrooms over the ribs. Pour in the broth and red wine. Set on low heat for at 8 to 12 hours. The meat will be falling off the bone. Carefully remove as many of the bones as possible before serving.
