1 can Stir-fry mix vegetables
2 cups mushrooms, quartered
1 bottle Kikkoman Stir-fry Sauce
3 tbsp Grapeseed oil
1.5 cup basmati rice
3 cups water
1 tbsp butter

Here is how you make Pork Tenderloin Stir-Fry (Serves 4):

Cut the tenderloin in half, then quarter each half lengthwise before slicing it relatively thing. Wash and quarter the mushrooms. Thaw the vegetables and open the canned vegetables.Heat 2 tbsp of the oil in a wok. Add the meat and toss until it starts to turn colour, then add the mushrooms. Continue to toss until the meat is cooked through and the mushrooms have cooked down a bit. Remove to a bowl and drain any excess fat. Add another tbsp of oil and toss the vegetables into the wok. Toss and then cover for a couple of minutes. Uncover and toss the vegetables until they are heated through and the bok choy is thoroughly wilted. Add the meat and mushrooms again, tossing to mix everything.Add the stir-fry sauce and toss to mix. Add about 1/4 of flour and water to the bottle and shake it up to get the rest of the sauce. Add to the stir-fry. Stir and toss until it thickens.Meanwhile cook the rice.
