1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
.33 tbsp Argo 100% Pure Corn Starch

Here is how you make Z Instant Pot Pork Tenderloin:

Cut the garlic into slivers. Poke holes in the meat and push a sliver of garlic into each hole. Coat the outside of the tenderloin with lemon pepper. Wrap in plastic and place in fridge for an hour or so. Put water and balsamic vinegar into the instant pot liner. Place pork tenderloin on a trivet. Set instant pot to pressure cook on high for 8 minutes. When done, manually release the steam. Remove the meat and tent for five minutes while you prepare the sauce. Dissolve cornstarch in water and add to the juices in the instant pot liner. Set to saut? and cook until sauce thickens. Season to taste. Slice meat into five or six pieces and place cut side down in the sauce. Cook for a minute, then turn each piece over and cook for an additional minutes before serving.Serving Size:?Makes two dinner sized servings
