What Are The Ingredients For Pork Teriyaki Recipe?The ingredients for Pork Teriyaki are: 2 tsp olive oil (I used Pam cooking spray)2 pork chops (12 oz), cut into chunks 1 green pepper, chopped 1 red bell pepper, chopped 2 cups broccoli 3/4 cup pineapple juice OR apple juice OR use the leftover juice from canned fruit OR a combination which suits your circumstances (I used Oasis Black Cherry- Blackberry) 1/3 cup soy sauce 2 TBSP brown sugar 2 TBSP vinegar 1/4-1/2 teaspoon dry ginger (I used gingerroot - 1/4 tsp) 1 TBSP minced garlic 1 TBSP cornstarch, mixed with a little cold water or broth (about 2 TBSP) How Do I Make Pork Teriyaki?Here is how you make Pork Teriyaki: Heat the oil in a 12-inch skillet. Brown the chicken a little bit. Pour the juice into the skillet. Add the soy sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, dry ginger and garlic. Stir the sauce around the chicken to dissolve the sugar and ginger. Bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce the heat and cover. Simmer, covered for about 5 minutes, then add the veg (I did it for the full 10 minutes, and my broccoli was pretty limpy), cover and simmer for another 5-7 minutes. Add the cornstarch and water mixture.
