What Are The Ingredients For Pork and Veggies for One Recipe?The ingredients for Pork and Veggies for One are: 2 oz pork tenderloin per person (I buy it and cut it into individual servings with a scale when I get home, and then freeze it.)Salt & Pepper 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil (can be reduced) 1 clove garlic, minced 1/2 cup red onion, sliced thin 1/2 cup green beans, ends removed and cut in pieces 1 cup sliced sweet peppers-- I use red and yellow 1 Tablespoon balsamic vinegar 2 teaspoons brown sugar How Do I Make Pork and Veggies for One?Here is how you make Pork and Veggies for One: Cut pork into pieces and grill it in a nonstick pan-- I use a cast-iron skillet. Remove when cooked through.Heat olive oil in pan. Add garlic. When it is light brown, add onions and saute until they begin to soften. Add a dash of salt and one of pepper. Add green beans, cook for five minutes, and add sweet peppers. Grill until veggies have been caramelized a bit. Add 1/4 cup water, cooked pork, vinegar, sugar, and cover (I use aluminum foil because I have no lid for my pan). Steam until veggies soften.
