1 C frozen peas, defrosted in 2 C water and drained
1 tsp fresh thyme or 1/3 tsp dried
1 scallion, thinly sliced
1/2 C fat free sour cream
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/4 tsp black pepper

Serves 41. Preheat oven to 300 F2. Place potatoes in a medium saucepan on high heat with enough water to cover. Cook 15 - 18 minutes or until soft. Drain and set aside.3. Meanwhile, wrap all the tortillas tightly together in foil and place in the oven for 5 minutes.4. Place the saucepan back on low heat and add the butter and bacon.
