2 c stock (or beer)

Here is how you make Braised Potato with Kielbasa:

1. Put oil in large pot over medium heat. When hot, add potatoes and sprinkle with salt & pepper. Cook, turning occasionally until coated in oil and starting to brown. Add onion and kielbasa and cook 1 - 2 minutes2. Add the stock and enough water to barely cover potatoes. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally to make sure potatoes aren't sticking. Reduce heat to medium low so it bubbles gently. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes are tender, 20 - 25 minutes. Add more liquid if they start to stick.
