I don?t know if non-Southerners have heard of such a delicacy as the ?killer potato?, but basically, it is a baked potato loaded with barbecued pork, bacon, butter, sour cream, and cheese. They are most delicious and probably heart attack-inducing. So, today I managed to come up with one that was just as delicious but not so bad for you. I use a couple of brand names, including Curly?s premade BBQ because it?s not gross to me like Lloyd?s BBQ and is surprisingly low in fat and calories, as well as Bacon Salt, which is pretty awesome, as a little sprinkle will add a lot of bacon flavor without the actual fat of bacon, and surprisingly not a lot of saltiness for something with ?salt? in its name.
