What Are The Ingredients For Potato Lasagna Recipe?The ingredients for Potato Lasagna are: 2 cans Cream of Chicken soup, or 1 jar Alfredo sauce, 1 Cup Milk (Nonfat), 4 Medium Potatoes, 5 Tbs Grated Parmesan, Salt, Pepper, 1-1/2 Cups diced Ham, 1 (10 oz) Package Chopped frozen broccoli thawed, 2-1/2 Cups Shredded Colby Jack (Or Swiss)How Do I Make Potato Lasagna?Here is how you make Potato Lasagna: Preheat Oven to 400 Degrees. Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish. In medium bowl, whisk together Cream of Chicken soup (or alfredo) and milk. Spread 1/4 cup of sauce over bottom of baking dish. Then layer 1/3 of the potatoes over the sauce in the dish. Sprinkle with 1 Tbs of the Parmesan and salt and pepper to taste. In separate mixing bowl, combine the ham, broccoli, and 1-1/2 cups of colby cheese. Mix well and layer 1/3 of this mixture over potatoes in dish. Top with another layer of potatoes, then ham/broccoli mixture, finally topping all with the remaining colby jack and parmesan. Pour remaining Cream of chicken soup over all. Cover and bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes, then uncover and bake an additional 25 minutes until potatoes are tender.
