Here is how you make Potato Cheeseburger Pie:

Preheat oven to 375.Mix beef, salt, bread crumbs, mustard and ketchup in medium bowl. Place in ungreased 9 inch pie plate and press evenly on bottom and up sides. Bake 15 minutes.Boil water, garlic salt and margarine to a rapid boil. Remove from heat and add milk. Add potato flakes and stir with fork until mixed well. Add 1/2 C cheese.Place filling on top of partially baked beef crust and bake 10-15 minutes or until middle of beef reaches 160 degrees.Place remaining 1/2 C cheese on top of potato filling and bake an additional 5 minutes.Let cool 5-10 minutes before cutting.Makes 6 servings.Number of Servings: 6Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user JBECK1982.
