Here is how you make Pork and Potato Hot Pot:

Fry the onion and garlic in the oil for 4 minutes. Add the mince and fry for a further 6 minutesStir in the flour and cook for 1 minute. Add the stock, thyme, worcestershire sauce and tomato puree. Bring to the boil and simmer for 30 minutes.Meanwhile cook the potatoes in boiling water for 10 minutes. Drain and slice thickly. Pre-heat the oven to gas 5/ 190C. Spoon half of the mince into a large ovenproof dish and cover with half the potatoes. Repeat the layers, finishing with a layer of potatoes.
