1 bag Lynden Farms southern style hash browns
8 oz fat free sour cream
2 tbsp skim milk
1/2 can 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup french's french fried onions, divided

Here is how you make Pork Chop and Potato Bake:

Sear the pork chops on high heat until just browned. Meanwhile, mix remaining ingredients (reserve 1/4 cup of onions) in large bowl. Spread potato mixture out in 9x13 baking dish, top with pork chops. Bake, covered, at 275 degrees, for 2 1/2 hours. (Less for smaller pork chops.) About 10 min before finished, uncover and spread rest of onions over top of pork chops. During cooking, if potatoes seem to be drying out, add more milk. Cooking times will vary, depending on size and thickness of pork chops. I like to use very thick chops and cook them at a low temp for a long time. They stay really tender and juicy that way.
