2 med carrots (200g)
3 Bay leaves
Salt and Pepper on roast
Clove of Garlic, crushed, chopped
4 minced Green Onions, save half for garnish

Here is how you make Pork Sirloin and Potato Crockpot:

Wash roast, season with salt and pepper. Wash veg, cut in 1.5 to 2" pieces. Make bed of veg in bottom of CP. Place roast, pour tomatoes over top, add a couple shakes of low sodium soy sauce. Add Bay leaves and half of the onion. Cook on high for 3 hours...or 6-7 on low. If loin is frozen, will take longer. You will know it is done when it falls apart. Serve in bowls with horseradish.
