7 small sweet potatoes
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
4 tsp granulated sugar
1 tbsp olive oil (or canola)

Here is how you make Ham Biscuits and Sweet Potato Quarters:

Set biscuits aside on a cookie sheet (or similar)Preheat oven at 350On a flat pan, cookie sheet, spread out ham slices. In a bowl combine apple juice, brown sugar, and honey mustard, carefully spread over ham. Can either bake at 350 until browned or broil on high for a few minutes. Set aside.In a ziplock bag, or other closing container, combine ground cinnamon and sugar. Slice, quarter, or cube the sweet potatoes. Put the sweet potatoes into the container or bag (some at a time) and shake to coat. Fully coat a cookie sheet with oil so that none of the sweet potatoes will touch the pan where there is no oil. Bake until soft (around 30 minutes).Carefully slice all biscuits and place pieces of ham on bottom of the biscuit, top with 1/2 slice of cheese, do this with all biscuits evenly. After last check on the sweet potatoes, place the ham biscuits into the oven to warm so that all the food will be hot when served.
