3/4 cup italian bread crumbs
1 egg
1 medium onion chopped
1/2 cup chopped bell green peppers
4 medium potatoes quartered
4 large carrots chopped
1 large clove garlic minced
1 TBSP Worchestershire Sauce
Morton's Sausage and Meat Loaf Seasoning Mix(according to directions)

Here is how you make Meat Loaf, Potatoes and Carrots:

Mix all ingredients except potatoes and carrots and 1/2 of the can of tomatoe paste. Shape meat mixture into loaf place in center of roaster. Spread remaining tomatoe paste over top and sides of meat loaf. Place chopped poatoes and carrots around the meat loaf. Fill bottom of roaster with enough water to just cover the bottom.
