1/5 tbsp olive oil

Here is how you make Lamya's Pumpkin Kibbeh:

Scoop the inside of the pumpkin and cut into smaller pieces.Bake covered for 45 minutes at 400 degrees F or until tender.Add dry ingredients and mix.Heat olive oil and add the onions. Cook on medium heat until translucent.Add ground beef.When beef is fully cooked, add walnuts, spices, raisins and mix together.Add spinach and cook for another 3-5 mins.Spread out half of the kibbeh dough onto an oiled deep dish.Add the filling and cover with the rest of the kibbeh dough.Oil the top layer and cut into pieces.Bake for 35 to 40 minutes at 400 degrees F.
