Place the pie crusts into the preheated oven to brown. Let brown for 5 minutes and then set aside. Reset oven to 350 degrees.In a large skillet, mix the onion, ham, and corn. Cook until onions are cooked to preference.In a large mixing bowl, combine the 5 eggs and milk. Add the can of RoTel and chili sauce. Mix well. Add the flour, salt, and pepper and mix. Add the skillet items to bowl and mix. Add cheese and mix well.Pour into the browned pie crusts - try to split the ingredients evenly.
