Here is how you make Reuben Sandiwch:

Makes 1 Sandwich:Spray a frying pan with your favorite fat free/calorie free cooking spray (I prefer the butter flavored ones for this). Heat the pan over med-high heat.Slather 1 Tbsp of the Fat Free Thousand Island dressing on each piece of Rye bread. Break your piece of cheese in half and put 1/2 on each piece of Rye bread (over top of dressing)Layer 2 Tbsp of sauerkraut over each piece of cheese.
