What Are The Ingredients For Ken's Ribs Recipe? The ingredients for Ken's Ribs are: -Orange Juice, 4 cup-Sweet Baby Ray's Honey Barbeque Sauce, 16 tbsp / 1 cup -Salt, 1 dash -Pepper, black, 1 dash -Pork Spareribs, 63.04 oz / 3.94lbs How Do I Make Ken's Ribs? Here is how you make Ken's Ribs: You will need a barbecue grill and oven. The oven should be preheated to Bake @ 350 when ready to actually cook. The barbecue should be warm and ready by the time the oven aspect is done.-----------------------------------------------Pour orange juice in large bowl. Place de-thawed ribs inside (don't separate the ribs). Soak the ribs in the orange juice overnight in refrigerator.-----------------------------------------------The next day add the barbecue sauce (sweet baby rays is highly recommended), salt, and pepper to the existing orange juice/rib mixture. Soak for 20 minutes.------------------Be sure ribs are in an oven safe dish. Place in the oven on bake @ 350 degrees and bake for 3 or 4 hours. The ribs will easily peel apart when done. -----------------------------------------------Warm the grill (we use a gas grill) and place the ribs on the grill. This is just for flavor so leave it here at your own discretion (20 minutes or so).------------------------------------------------The orange juice is used to keep them very very moist and pliable; I do not recommend skipping it.-------------------------------------------------12 Servings (1 rib a piece)Number of Servings: 12Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user TRYIN2SURVIVE.What's The Nutritional Info For Ken's Ribs? The nutritional information for Ken's Ribs is:
