2 Tbsp soy sauce (I use low sodium)
1 Tbsp fresh ginger, chopped

Here is how you make Rardnek's Peachtree Spare Ribs:

Place ribs in a large pot and fill with water. Cover and bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 40-50 minutes. Drain ribs and place in a large shallow container (i.e. a 9x13 pan)Combine remaining ingredients and blend, using a food processor or a blender. Pour over ribs.Cover and refrigerate for at least 8 hours, turning once.Remove ribs from marinade, reserving juice. Grill over coals until desired degree of doneness.
