Here is how you make Lazy Red Beans and Rice:

Melt butter in medium saucepan on medium heat. Add bell pepper, onions, and celery (I usually skip onions and celery, but that's a personal preference). Slice the sausage on the bias and add that as well. When the vegetables start to become soft, stir in the red beans and add the bay leaf. Let simmer covered for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
