Here is how you make Red Beans and Rice:

Cook the Arborio rice in 2 C. water. In dutch oven Saute onion, garlic & green pepper in 2T. canola oil. Add 3 sliced Andouille sausages to pot. Add 1 can diced tomatoes, 2 cans red beans & 3/4 C. chicken stock. Then add cooked rice, add spices to your taste.
