Here is how you make Brown Rice Ole:

In large skillet Brown Beef, drain grease. Add Bell Peppers and Onion cook for approximately 10 min. or until Bell peppers are slightly tender. Remove beef mixture and set aside. Using same skillet Add water and Salsa, bring to a boil add Brown rice bring to a boil, cover and simmer for approx 5 min.
