How Do I Make Brown Rice Surprise?

Here is how you make Brown Rice Surprise:

Pour Canola Oil into a large pan over a medium high heat. Once oil is hot add Onions and Green Peppers. Sautee them until tender. Add Bologna. Stir the mixture for a few minutes. Add Water, bring to a boil and add Brown Rice. Stir rice into the mixture making sure it has gotten moistened. Simmer for approx. 15-20 minutes or until most of the moisture is gone.Serving size is 1 Cup. This makes 9 servings.Note! This can be cut down to 1 Ring of bologna.
