2 bunch Broccoli, fresh - cut into pieces

3/4 cup Braggs Liquid Aminos
4 tsp Ginger Root - grated
2 tsps Sesame Oil
1 tsp Onion powder
1 tsp Garlic powder
1 tbsp Splenda or other low car sweetener

Here is how you make Keto Beef and Broccoli over Cauliflower Rice:

Mix the stir fry sauce ingredients in a medium bowl and set aside. Clean and "rice" or grate the cauliflower. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium/high head. Add the cauliflower and stir fry until cooked or begins to turn brown (about 4-6 minutes). Set aside. Add the steak to the pan and cook until medium rare (will continue to cook during the remaining steps). Drain if needed. Steam the broccoli in the microwave or in a steamer until crisp/tender (don't over cook). Add to the steak along with the stir fry sauce and toss to coat.
