Cook rice according to directions; transfer a large bowl. Preheat oven to 350. Crumble and brown sausage over medium heat. Drain and stir into cooked rice. Drain drippings from skillet. Melt butter in same skillet over medium high heat until hot. Add peppers and onions;cook and stir until tender. Stir into rice and sausage mixture. Stir in milk and soup. Mix well.
