Here is how you make Hawaiian Cauliflower Fried Rice:

Add onion, Ham and Red Pepper to a skillet that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Fry until vegetables are tender.Slide ham and veggie mixture to one side of skillet, spray clear side with cooking spray and pour in Egg whites (scramble). Once Cooked mixed the eggs and the veggie mixture together. Add Cauliflower Rice, White Rice and pineapple, mix together.
