How Do I Make Hangnon's Curried Rice?

Here is how you make Hangnon's Curried Rice:

In a saucepan put 2 cups of rice and 4 cups of cold water with or without 1 TBSP salt. Stir and bring to a boil. When boiling put a lid on it and reduce heat to low, simmering for 15 minutes. DO NOT REMOVE LID! When 15 minutes are up turn heat off and let sit for another 15 minutes. DO NOT REMOVE LID! While your rice is cooking trim your pork chops and cut into 1/2 inch bite size pieces. You may dust them with flour or leave plain. Melt butter in fry pan and add chops. Sook over med heat until brown and crispy. About 30 minutes. When brown sprinkle with curry powder, folding into pork. When it is mixed take your cooked rice and fold that into meat mixture and stir until mixed.
