Here is how you make Brown Fried Rice:

Cook the rice in 4 cups water for 45 minutes.. chop onions, carrots and garlic.. drain corn and waterchestnuts and make strips out of the water chestnuts. Beat egg and egg white and cook in non stick pan til set, flip to brown the other side, set to the side and chop into small pieces when cool. When rice is done, set aside.. Brown beef in some of the oil, remove from pan and set aside. Add more oil and the carrots and onion, cook for a few minutes then add canadian bacon and garlic and stir cooking for a few more minutes.
