Here is how you make Cauli fried rice with a twist:

Cook cauliflower rice in microwave according to package directions. Brown hamburger, onions, and bell peppers with some season salt, seasoned pepper, and garlic. When it's browned add in 2 Tbsp of soy sauce and 1/2 tsp splenda. Cook down for a minute then drain on paper towels. Wipe out pan then set back on heat and add in sesame oil. Open cauli rice, put a paper towel in and flip over to drain moisture. Add rice to oil when it's hot. Stir then add in the other 2 Tbsp soy sauce and the other 1/2 tsp of splenda.
