1 Cup Red Bell Pepper Diced

1/4 cup Soy Sauce (Tamari)
3/4 cup Water


How Do I Make Dad's Fried Rice?

Here is how you make Dad's Fried Rice:

Cook rice according to package directions.While rice is cooking, cut bacon into 1 in chunks, and dice onion and pepers.Cook Bacon in a Wok or large Skillet. As the fat begins to render out, drain off. Add onion and peppers and continue to cook, until bacon is slightly crispy and onion is translucent. Drain excess oil again if neccesary. Add both eggs to pan, and mix through.Once eggs are fully cooked through, add the cooked rice to the pan, and allow to fry slightly (4-5 minutes, stirring well.)
