What Are The Ingredients For Riceless Fried Rice Recipe? The ingredients for Riceless Fried Rice are: 1 Wok or large skillet1 food possessor olive oil low sodium soy sauce 1 large head of cauliflower 1 cup frozen carrots 1/2 cup frozen corn 1-2 cups fresh cabbage 2 eggs snow peas (optional) 1 onion Choice of COOKED meat (I used the cooked fajita strips in a bag from walmart) Uncooked will take longer, and should be marinated properly for flavor How Do I Make Riceless Fried Rice? Here is how you make Riceless Fried Rice: 1 Wok or large skillet1 food possessorolive oillow sodium soy sauce1 large head of cauliflower1 cup frozen carrots1/2 cup frozen corn1-2 cups fresh cabbage2 eggssnow peas (optional)1 onionChoice of meat (I used the cooked fajita strips in a bag from walmart)__________________________Take the greens and stem off the Cauliflower, separate the cauliflower into little bunches, and pulse in the food processor in small batches (or how ever much your processor can handle, sis's is small) until it looks like rice.Once you have all the cauliflower processed, set aside in a dish. Do the same process to the carrots to make them into very small chunks.Set the carrots into a bowl big enough to hold all veggies together after you prep them.Cut the cabbage up, cutting into thin strips then dicing them up, do the same to the onion or use the processor for the onion.prep the snow peas how you like.Have the carrots in the bowl witht eh other veggies. To prep the eggs, crack them into a small container then beat them a bit, add a tablespoon of COLD water then beat them some more.On the stove place the pan of your choice on an eye, turn it to HIGH, then add enough oil to cover the bottom (not a lot really) if you're using a wok you may be able to do this in two steps instead of the three I had to take.I used a large cast iron skillet as that is what we have.I heated the oil then added a dash of the soy sauce, put in about half of the "rice" and started to brown it. You want it on High so it will cook the cauliflower without steaming it. Giving it the right texture. as you see it start to brown, add half of the egg into the pan and toss it around witht eh rice with your spatula. Cook until the egg is done and the "rice" has a nice golden brown color. Place this half into a large bowl, large enough to hodl all teh cauliflower and veggies together. REpeat this step to finish the other half of the "rice"Once the rice is done, set the bowl aside and go back to your pan.doing the same with the oil, but lower the heat a bit, but not passed medium high. You may need to raise the tempeture towards the end of the cooking but maybe not. Put int hte snow peas as they take longer than the rest to cook. Cook them until you start to see them turn a darker shade of green. Then add in the rest of the Veggies and start to brown them. Stiring "tossing" them around every few minutes so that they may brown evenly. mid way through, you may need to add a dash more olive oil, I did. if the veggies are sticking to the pan but not cooked then add just a little bit more oil, not much. Finish cooking them until the snow peas and cabbage are fully cooked through. By then the rest should be cooked through as well.Place into the same bowl as the "rice" and then stir together to fully incorporate the veggies and the rice together.Serve and enjoy Serving Size: Makes about 10 2-3 cup servings of riceNumber of Servings: 10Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user EVETNAMIR.What's The Nutritional Info For Riceless Fried Rice? The nutritional information for Riceless Fried Rice is:
