Makes 6 - 1 cup Servings1. In a large pot add Vegetable stock or broth and bring to a boil. 2. Add 2 cups brown rice, cover with a tight lid and sinner until tender, aprox 40 mins.3. Dice Onion & Garlic, set aside2. Shred Pork, set aside.3. Heat a large pan or dutch oven, add Oil, Onion, & Garlic, saute until clear in color. 4.
