1 tsp. dijon mustard

1/3 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste.

Here is how you make Parmesan Pork Chops and Rice:

Spray 9x13" dish with nonstick spray. Pour rice in bottom of dish. Pour chicken broth over top of rice. Place pork chops on top of rice. In a medium bowl, mix soup, milk, mustard, and seasonings. Pour over pork chops. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover with foil. Remove foil during the last 5 minutes of baking.
