1 clove garlic, minced
2 1/2 ozs. pork tenderloin
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
1 Tbsp. Kikkoman Light Teriyaki Sauce
1 tsp. Kikkoman Light Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
3/4 cup brown rice, cooked
dash of Mrs. Dash Extra Spicy seasoning (hot)


How Do I Make Spicy Pork Fried Rice?

Here is how you make Spicy Pork Fried Rice:

Heat sesame oil in skillet over medium high heat. Add garlic and stir to release flavor. If pork is uncooked, add now and stir until thoroughly cooked. If you are using cooked pork, add mushrooms now and stir until tender, then add pork. Stir until all ingredients are heated thoroughly. Add teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, and brown sugar. Stir to mix into other ingredients. Add dash of Mrs. Dash seasoning (this is quite spicy, so use sparingly until you taste). Add cooked brown rice and stir to blend into other ingredients. Heat thoroughly and serve.NOTE: This is a good size portion. I think this dish would be very good with 1/4 cup frozen peas or pea pods, and 1/2 scallion. You could also add sliced water chestnuts.
