What Are The Ingredients For "Stir-Fried" Rice Recipe?The ingredients for "Stir-Fried" Rice are: 3/4 cup rice (whatever type you like, i usually go with long grain white)1/2 cup chopped onions 2 large eggs 2 Steak-umm Sliced Steaks 2 tbsp margarine or butter 1 tbsp Kikkoman soy sauce Salt and pepper to taste How Do I Make "Stir-Fried" Rice?Here is how you make "Stir-Fried" Rice: While heating a medium size pan over medium-low to medium heat, fix rice and chop the onion. When the pan in heated, add the 2 tbsp margarine for flavor and to keep the food from sticking. Sweat/saute for five to six minutes.Add the Steak-umm slices to the pan, one at a time and break it into small bits a cooking spoon (or whatever you happen to be using). When broken up, allow the bits to cook for a minute before adding and repeating the process with the second slice.Next, in a bowl, scramble the eggs and wait until the rice only has one or two minutes left until it's done. Add the eggs to the onions and broken meat bits, mix, and scramble until done.Turn the heat down a bit (to ease with cleaning afterwards), add the rice to the pan and stir. When mixed thoroughly, add the soy sauce, along salt and pepper to taste.
