2 8oz cans of Mushroom stems & pieces
2 8oz cans of Water Chestnuts (sliced)
1/2 pnd extra lean turkey sausage
1/2 pnd lean ground pork sausage
1/2 pnd extra lean ground turkey
1/2 pnd extra lean ground beef
1 6oz box Uncle Ben's Long Grain & Wild Rice prepared according to instructions. You will need 2 1/4 c water and 1 tbsp Olive Oil to make.


How Do I Make Dirty Rice?

Here is how you make Dirty Rice:

In a medium saucepan Prepare Uncle Ben's Long Grain & Wild Rice per instructions on the box.In a separate large skillet cook the sausage (both turkey & pork), ground turkey and ground beef. Drain (do not rinse) the grease from the meat and return to the skillet. Drain the water chestnuts and mushrooms and add them to the skillet with the meat.Add the Long Grain & Wild Rice to the skillet.
