Here is how you make Fiesta Beef Salad:

Pre-Cooking: 1). Dice up bell peppers, onions, & tomato. 2). Chop lettuce & slice avocado. 3). Drain corn and black beans. Cooking: 1). Salute peppers and onions until almost soft over med/high heat. 2). Cook ground beef until 3/4 of the way done over med/high heat. 3). Drain ground beef then return to heat. 4). Add peppers, onion, corn, and black beans to the ground beef. 5). After adding the ingredients finish cooking the ground beef. 6) One ground beef is done remove the mixture from heat & add diced tomatoes & mix. Serving: 1). When plating individual servings, mix in as much lettuce as one would like & add a couple slices of avocado.
