How Do I Make Summer Beef Salad?

Here is how you make Summer Beef Salad:

Preheat oven to gas 7 / 220C. Put potatoes into pan of water, bring to boil and simmer for 5 mins.Drain potatoes and put into roasting dish and toss in 1tbsp oil, season and cook in oven for 25 - 30mins until browned.Put to9matoes into separate tin, toss with rest of oil and roast for 15mins.Mix mayonnaise, lemon juice and zest, season to taste and put into a bowl to serve on the side.Season the beef with black pepper and the worchester sauce. Sear on a hot griddle for approx 1 -2 mins each side (or cooked to your liking).To serve, divide the rocket up and put onto each plate, scater with the potatoes and tomatoes.
