In a large bowl add Romaine/Wedged Tomato's and Cucumber - set asideIn a Large Non-Stick Skillet saute' red pepper and mushrooms in olive oil on medium heat until soft - remove from pan and set aside.In the same pan add sliced fillet and sprinkle with italian seasoning - cook to your specifications - only takes a few minutes if you like it medium rare.. very short cooking time because it's sliced thin! - when done remove from pan - add the peppers, mushrooms and fillet to the salad mix with the tomato's and cucumbers - sprinkle with the shredded parmesan cheese and balsamic and serve.
