Place steak on a plate and sprinkle salt (if desired) on both sides, then garlic powder then pepper.Preheat oven (400 degrees) or skillet on a high heat (as you want to sear the meat at first).Begin mixing the tomatoes, onions, bell pepper, lemon juice and olive oil in a bowl and place in refrigerator.
