7 oz package turkey pepperoni (I use about 9-10 slices/sandwich)

Here is how you make Mozzarella and Pepperoni Sandwich:

Preheat oven to about 400 degrees F.In a small bowl, mix together first 5 ingredients.Slice rolls & brush inside of the rolls with the mixture.Leave them open faced on a foil-lined cookie sheet.Place 2 oz of the sliced mozzarella on each of one side of sandwiches.Place about 9-10 slices of turkey pepperoni on the other side of the sandwich.Put in the oven and bake about 10-15 minutes or until bread is slightly browned at edges and cheese is melty.Slice in half and serve.Number of Servings: 4Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user PENGUINMOMMA.
