* 569 g lean ground beef
* 280 g (10 oz) brown lentils
* 2 tbsp tomato paste
* 1 14-oz can of diced tomatoes
* 2 Bay leaves
* 1.25 cup vegetable stock
* 6 oz red wine
* 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
* 2 fresh large eggs
* 0.65 cups fresh parsley, chopped fine
* Salt to taste
* Pepper to taste

Tomato Sauce
* 4 raw onions, chopped fine
* 1 28-oz can of diced tomatoes
* 60 ml (4 tbsp) red wine
* 1 tbsp dill weed dried
* 5 fresh Basil leaves chopped fine
* Hot chili pepper flakes (1 tsp) if desired
* Salt to taste
