1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
1 tbsp Coconut Oil - Nutiva Organic Extra-Virgin Coconut Oil
Salt

1. Make a batch of this Bourbon Spiked BBQ Sauce and set aside. 2. Heat up your coconut oil in a large heavy bottomed skillet over medium heat. 3.
