Here is how you make Cindy's Easy Stroganoff Sauce:

Brown ground beef, season with salt, pepper & garlic powder. Add garlic, onions and mushrooms, saute until softened. Add cream of mushroom soup and milk, stir to combine well. Bring up to a bubble then lower the heat and let simmer for 5 minutes or so, until it thickens a bit. Right before serving, stir in sour cream. Serve over noodles or toast.
