2 lbs pork loin
16oz egg noodles
2 cups broccoli
1/2 cup onion
8oz portabella mushrooms
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tbsp garlic
1 cup marsala wine
1 cup heavy cream

Here is how you make Pork Loin w/pasta and veggies in a marsala cream sauce:

Pre heat oven to 375. Heat large saute pan on medium heat, add oil. Salt and pepper pork loin. Add pork loin in pan and cook 2-3 minutes each side or until browned . Transfer pork loin to baking sheet and place in oven for 25-30 minutes. Bring large sauce pan filled with water to boil, add noodles. In saute pan used for browning pork, add onion and garlic and saute for 3-5 minutes. Add broccoli, and mushrooms, and marsala wine. Reduce wine and allow mushrooms to sweat. Salt and pepper to taste. Add heavy cream and reduce sauce by 1/3. Drain pasta and place in sauce mix. Remove pork loin from oven and allow to rest for 5 minutes.
