This recipe was adapted from a similar "myrecipes.com" recipe that used pork tenderloin instead of ribeye roast. I used home-made, low sugar blackberry jam instead of store bought preserves. I'm sure it tastes great with pork tenderloin but my store was out, so I bought a 3 pound pork ribeye roast and cut it in half for this recipe.
