Here is how you make No-Salt Bolognese Sauce:

Heat olive oil on low to medium temperature in a large sauce pan. Chop onions and garlic and add to the sauce pan. Add the meat and cook on high heat until it is done and the edges are brown. Pour in the wine and cook until the most of the liquid is reduced. Stir in pepper and paprika powder and add the crushed tomatoes and bay leaves. Bring to a boil, and then let it simmer for at least an hour (the longer it simmers, the more flavourful it will be).Serve with your favourite pasta and sprinkle with freshly grated parmesan.
