5 Cans Tomato Sauce (28 oz. can)
4 Cans Crushed Tomatoes (28 oz. can)
1 Diced Tomatoes Can (28 oz. can)
1 Can Tomato Paste (28 oz. can)
1-2 Jars Mushrooms Washed and Drained
2-3 Medium Onions (Diced)
1-2 Large Bell Pepper (Diced)
1 Large 28 oz. can Water
1 TBLS Garlic Powder
1 1/2 TBLS Chili Powder
1 TSP Cumon
1 TSP Salt
1 TSP Pepper
1 TSP Paprika
1/4 Cup White Sugar
1/2 TSP Powder Tyme
4 Bay Leaves
1/2 TSP Basil (flake)
1 TBSP Oregano (flake)



How Do I Make Dean's Homeade Spaghetti Sauce?

Here is how you make Dean's Homeade Spaghetti Sauce:

Add all tomato ingrediants together in the 16 quart stainless steel pot, save the diced tomatoes for later. Add all spices accept bay leafs, and whisk lightly until blended. Gradually bring the temp. of the heat up slowly. Get a large skillet (6 quart). Put a dash of salt around the bottom of pan and add 1/4 c. onions, diced bell pepper, hamburg (beef), 1 tsp. paprika, 1 tablespoon chili powder, basil, oregano, cumon, black pepper, basil, garlic. and tyme. Start flame on high on skillet, fry hamburg and chop up with spatula loosely (you want some big chunks of beef), fry until well done. Galic and salt to taste, Once it's fried up and done to taste, strain into metal colander and put beef in colander and drip grease into empty can which will be tossed once cool.Reduce heat to low, add drained fried beef to the 16 quart stainless steel pot. Add onions, chopped bell pepper and mushrooms. Mix well with large spoon (stainless steel). Add diced tomatoes and lightly stir in. Add Bay leaves, cover and check every 30 min.This will take about 6-8 hours on a slow heat.Once sauce is done, check season to taste as seasoning can be adjusted.Cook 1/2 pound of spaghetti per person or per portion.Store in refridgerator on top back shelf.
